Terms of service.

By using KolHub you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

1. The platform

KolHub is a marketplace operated under the kolhub.net and kolhub.app domains. We connect Key Opinion Leaders ("KOLs") with projects and individual buyers for promotional services, trading signals, and subscription communities.

We are not a custodian, broker, or financial advisor. Funds locked in escrow are non-custodial in V1.5 (Solana smart contract); in V1 they are tracked off-chain as accounting entries pending the Solana program deployment.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18+ to create an account.
  • One account per person. KOLs and Projects can hold separate accounts but must disclose if asked by admin.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password and wallet secure. If a wallet is compromised, you can re-link a new one from /profile/account.

3. Gigs & orders

  • KOLs list gigs at a fixed USDC price. Buyers lock that price into escrow at order time.
  • Sellers must deliver within the SLA stated on the gig.
  • Buyers have 7 days from delivery to approve or dispute. Auto-release after 7 days.
  • Disputes are reviewed by KolHub admin within 24 business hours.
  • KolHub takes 5% of every released order as a platform fee (V1.5; V1 is 0%).

4. Signals

  • Signals are educational. They are not investment advice.
  • Signals settle against Pyth oracle prices. Settlement is final.
  • Authors must disclose if they hold the asset.
  • Signals on a token whose project is paying the author through KolHub are forbidden — automatic ban.

5. Hubs & subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are monthly USDC. Cancel any time — you keep access until the period ends.
  • KOLs running Hubs must own all content they post. No reposting paid leaks.
  • KolHub takes 10% of subscription revenue (V1.5; V1 is 0%).

6. Prohibited

  • Bots, fake engagement, purchased followers — instant ban.
  • Selling the same account to multiple people.
  • Coordinated pump groups disguised as Hubs.
  • Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

7. Liability

KolHub is provided as-is. We work to keep escrow and settlement bullet-proof but do not guarantee uptime or freedom from bugs. Maximum liability for any claim is the fees you've paid us in the last 30 days.

8. Changes

We'll update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes get emailed 14 days in advance.
